Sew Much Thread

Order Form

Embroidery Order Process

  1. Order Placement - After we make contact via phone or email and you decide what you want you will be given an estimated price and estimated delivery date for your order.
  2. Digitizing - Send me your artwork preferably in an electronic vector format such as .AI or .EPS but .JPG or other bitmap formats are acceptable. If you can't send an electronic format just send what you can. It will then be digitized or rather converted to a format readable by embroidery machines. This can take up to one week depending on how busy Sew Much Thread is.
  3. Sample Creation - A sample stichout will be created and sent to you for your approval. During the approval process we will verify your embroidery location and instructions one last time.
  4. Production - After your approval we will begin production on your order. This could involve ordering goods from our suppliers and possibly even custom thread colors.
  5. Shipping - Your items will be sent via an agreed upon trackable method.
  6. Arrival - This can take 2 weeks or less from approval depending on the complexity and size of your order.
